Register and the use of personal data
The information within this register is used for online store order processing and deliveries, contacts required by the service, service development, reporting, marketing, billing, customer relationships, and other duties as required. The register will not be used for marketing purposes without user's permission.

First name, last name, gender, e-mail address, phone number, street address, postal code, city, username, password, marketing authorizations and prohibitions.

The data source of the register is the information that the user inputs during the registration process, as well as the data saved during the use of the service.
Information forwarding and release outside EU
Rosalis shall not forward any customer information to unaffiliated third parties. Rosalis may, however, disclose customer information to the authorities obliged and permitted by the law.
Data retention and disposal
Information is stored during continuation of the customer relationship, after which they are automatically deleted.
Registry and data protection
Rosalis customer records will be treated confidentially. The register is protected against external threats with strong encryption, firewalls and other technical protection measures. No hard copy of the register exists. The register is hosted at the Rosalis hosting service provider server. The register is only accessible to persons that work with it. Each register user has a unique username and password. Users are bound by professional secrecy.
Right to review the data collected by the register
